The STIHL AP 200 lithium-ion battery packs a ton of power into a lightweight, ergonomic design. The high-quality cells used in STIHL batteries can handle more than 1,500 charge cycles, delivering superior run times and long battery life. A weather-resistant battery casing protects cells from humidity and allows you to work in less than ideal conditions. 

STIHL AP batteries with a nominal voltage of 36 V can be recharged using STIHL AL battery quick chargers or the STIHL AL 101 battery standard charger.

All battery power tools within the STIHL AP-System have been designed for professional users and daily work, including in adverse weather conditions. For this reason they are certified as splashproof; the effectiveness of this is also verified through demanding internal tests. The splashwater test is aligned with the IPX4 standard, among others.
